Back Squat
5 x 5 @ 55% (speed squats)
After each set, perform 50 mountain climbers

Conditioning
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Min 1 – 12/8 Cal Bike
Min 2 – 14/10 Cal Ski
Min 3 – 16/12 Cal Row
Min 4 – REST

Goal: Complete work in :45 seconds or less. If sub :30 seconds on everything, consider adding calories each round (Rx+).
