Front Squat
5 x 5 @ 55% (speed squats)
After each set, perform 5 High Box Jumps.

Conditioning
In 5 minutes:
50/35 Cal Row
AMRAP Burpees Over Rower

5 minute Rest

In 5 minutes:
50/35 Cal Bike
AMRAP Air Squats

5 minute Rest

In 5 minutes:
50/35 Cal Ski
AMRAP Alternating DB Snatch

Goal: Give a hard effort on the machines, then force yourself to keep moving on the subsequent exercises for the remainder of the 5 minutes.
