Every 3 min x 5:  5 Front Squats @ 70, 75, 80, 85, 90% of 5 RM

Gymnastics (between squats)

Level 1: Perform 7 Ring Rows + 7 Ring/box Dips
Level 2: Perform 5 assisted Ring Transitions
Level 3: Perform 50% of max effort set of muscle-ups

Conditioning:

10 min AMRAP:
60 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch 75/55

Core

Accumulate 2:00 in an L-sit or hollow hold
