Between sets, complete 20 alternating v-ups

Conditioning
EMOM x 16
Even – 40 Double Unders + 1 Snatch
Odd – 3-5 Bar Muscle-ups or 4-6 Get-out-of-pools + 1 Snatch

Athlete chooses weight for snatch. Goal is final overhead squat weight. May climb in weight, if desired.
