Increasing load throughout sets.

Conditioning
Every 3:00 for 15 minutes:
10 x 30ft Shuttle Sprint
8 Db Ground-to-overhead
12 Pull-ups (Rx+ Chest-to-bar)
2:00 time cap each round.
