As we transition into a new phase of training, we will be introducing two separate tracks for the program. We’re all made differently, so choose the track most beneficial to you and your fitness goals. Amendments may be made for your fitness level.

Heatlh will be designated for those who are looking to stay moving and develop the fundamentals to progress to higher level skills/intensity, or just to get a good ol’ fashioned sweat on.

Performance will be for those who are looking to increase their proficiency in higher level skills or take their intensity to the next level.

Health
Squat
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
5 Squats (overhead, if possible)

Conditioning
For time:
30 DB Ground-to-overhead 25/15
30 DB Thrusters 25/15
EMOM, perform 30 single unders.

Performance
Snatch
EMOM x 10-12
1 rep, climbing. Build to a heavy single for the day.

Conditioning
For time:
30 DB Ground-to-overhead 50/35
30 Thrusters 50/35
EMOM, perform 30 Double Unders.
