This week we will be establishing a starting point for a strength cycle.  Speed mechanics and barbell conditioning for olympic lifts will be sprinkled throughout. As well as some cardio pieces to remind your lungs that it’s almost winter. Let’s go!

Barbell Conditioning

Every minute, on the minute for 8 minutes:
3 Power Cleans (increasing weight)

Strength 

Build to a heavy set of 5 Front Squats

Conditioning

For time:
30 Calorie row
30 Toes-to-bar
30 Shoulder-to-overhead 135/95
