Active Recovery / REST DAY!

Conditioning
Every 6:00 x 2  (00:00 – 12:00)
Run 600m

Every 4:00 x 3  (12:00 – 24:00)
Run 400m

Every 2:00 x 6  (24:00 – 36:00)
Run 200m

Goal is to start at a nice, slow pace and gradually increase speed throughout sets.  Rest between efforts. Optional: work a weakness during rest period.
