Active Recovery / REST Day

We will be wrapping up another solid week of training tomorrow with a weightlifting complex and deadlifts, so if you feel beat up, take the day off and get outside to recover. Feel free to come in and shake out some soreness and get the blood flowing. Easy pace.

Conditioning

For time @ 60% effort:

50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

Rotate through exercises below until all sets are complete. Only one exercise per set.

– Cal Bike
– Cal Row
– Cal Ski
– 30 ft Shuttle Run

Ex:
50 Cal Bike
