Option A – 50 Cal Bike (legs only) + 25 Cal Bike (arms only)

Option B – 2400m Run

Option C – 5 Rounds of: 10 Burpees to target, 40ft HS Walk (sub 80ft Bear Crawl)

Option D – 3 rounds of: 200m Farmers Carry, 1:00 Hollow Hold, 1:00 Superman Hold

Rx+ Choose 3. May complete individually or combine for one score. Get creative!
