Conditioning
10 Rounds @ 70% effort (30 min cap):

Draw 1 chip or Shoot 2 Free throws. Complete group of exercises corresponding to each color or free throw make/miss ratio.

– White chip or 2/2 – 10 Sit-ups, 10 Squat Jumps, 200m Run
– Red chip or 1/2 – 15 Sit-ups, 15 Jump Squats, 300m Run
– Blue chip or 0/2 – 20 Sit-ups, 20 Jump Squats, 400m Run
