After each set, complete :45 second Handstand Hold or Overhead DB Hold.

Conditioning
4 Rounds, for time:
600m Run
15 Pull-ups (C2B)
15 Push-ups (Rx+ HSPU)

Goal:  Choose a rep-scheme for the gymnastics that you think you can maintain over four sets (eg. unbroken, 8-7, 5-5-5).  Try to keep that for all 4 rounds and stay consistent on the run.
