Conditioning
With a partner:
2000 Single Unders, for time.
Partner must hold Plank or Supine Ring Hold while other jumps rope. Must alternate hold options. Reps only count while partner is holding. Split work as needed.

15 minute Cap.

Partner must hold Handstand or Dead Hang from Pull-up bar while other jumps rope. Must alternate hold options. Reps only count while partner is holding. Split work as needed.
