Conditioning
EMOM x 16-20
Min 1 – 60ft Walking Lunge (no weight)
Min 2 – 20 Abmat Sit-ups (Rx+ GHD)
Min 3 – 60ft Burpee Broad Jump
Min 4 – 15/12 Cal Row (Rx+ 20/15)

If 4 rounds feels sufficient, stop there. If you need a little extra push, add the 5th round.
