5 giant sets, not for time:
3 Hang Snatch @ 65-75%
9 Strict Pull-ups (Rx+ weighted or C2B)
12 Jumps Over “Anything”
24 Alternating V-ups
36 Double Unders (Rx+ Triple Unders)

PRACTICE Double Unders!!! New video on our YouTube channel that may help! You may choose absolutely anything to jump over. Just make sure we’re taking off, clearing and landing with two feet.  This is not for time, focus on your technique and make improvements. Get all the work done!
