Back Squat
5 x 1 @ 90%

Take your time to warm up and make smart jumps to get to that weight. ALWAYS have a spotter if you do not feel comfortable bailing the bar. This 90% may be 90% for the DAY, not necessarily 90% of your actual 1 rep max.

Conditioning
EMOM x (TBD)
150 Wallballs 20/14 (Rx+ 30/20)
150 Toes-to-bar or Sit-ups

Complete the same number of T2B/sit-ups and wallballs, each minute. All minutes do not have to be the same. Once you total 150 for each, you are done. The goal is to get done in the least amount of minutes possible. Example rep scheme shown below.

Ex:
Min 1 : 10 T2B + 10 WB
Min 2 : 10 T2B + 10 WB
Min 3 : 9 T2B + 9 WB
Min 4 : 8 T2B + 8 WB
Min 5 : 8 T2B + 8 WB
Min 6 – Min 27 : 5 T2B + 5 WB
