5 Reps @ 65% of 1RM

Conditioning
15 Rounds, for time:
5 Deficit Push-ups
7 V-ups or Sit-ups
9 Tater Tots

Deficit push-ups = hands on plates or any elevated surface, chest still touches the floor. Tater Tot = KB Swing + Goblet Squat.

7 Toes-to-bar (Rx+ Toes-to-rope)
