Working in 4:00 work / 4:00 rest intervals, chip away at:

40 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20 (Rx+ 30/24)
40 Deadlifts 225/155 (Rx+ 275/185)

Each round starts with one of the following before you can begin chipping away at the above:

Round 1 and 4 – 40/30 Cal Bike
Round 2 and 5 – 40/30 Cal Row
Round 3 and 6 – 400m Run
