5 x 3 @ 70-75% Touch-n-go reps

10 Double Push-up Burpee*
20 Walking Lunges
30ft Handstand Walk
400m Run

*Double Push-up Burpee is just a normal burpee with one push-up added. Go down, perform 1 push-up then chest back to the floor and jump back up to complete the burpee.
