WHAT MAKES Train Matthews DIFFERENT?

We aim to improve quality of life by way of increased physical and mental strength, body awareness, metabolic capacity, flexibility and endurance. Our hybrid method of training is built to help you move better, so you can look, feel and perform better.
STRENGTH
1. Our strength program lays the foundation to becoming stronger across a broad spectrum of lifts. Dedicated strength sessions allow development and growth through progressive weight resistance wherein consistency over time will show measurable results.
CARDIO
2. Our structured interval training works the heart and lungs at moderate to high intensities. This enables you to endure and complete hard work over longer periods of time. With multiple cardio machines and endurance components, adapted to your ability, you’re sure to push through boundaries.
BODYWEIGHT
3.Moving your body in free space, or around objects, trains your ability to become more nimble in nature, reducing injuries and bulletproofing joints. Paired with appropriate strength training, plyometrics and calisthenics will improve reaction speed, body awareness and force production.
